I am wondering if anyone has any advice on repairing an acer XB280HK monitor. It has a screen flicker. I’ve already tore it down and took a look at it and cant really identify anything too obvious. I fixed one solder joint that looked bad. This is my late brothers monitor and he was a big time gamer so I want to keep it functional. I have tried a new display port cable, and tested it on another computer with the same result. I have sourced a used main board and power supply board but the led controller I have not. Before it started to flicker I always thought the screen was a bit dim. Don’t know if that could be related or not a problem at all. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
