I have an Xbox 1540 that after installing a game with from disc or downloaded will go back to the home screen after you launch the game. It attempts to load the game for a few moments then right back to the home screen. I have replaced the blu-ray drive, I moved the pcd daughter board into the new drive and replaced and reloaded osu1 to multiple hard drives and the same issue persists.
I have the same problem with mine. I have had no luck fixing it either. It doesn’t seem to be a problem other people have had. Mine will play all the xbox 360 games but will not play the xbox one games.
I am going to try another hard drive and try another blu-ray drive sometime in the near future. I’ll update the thread if it works
