My halo 3 Xbox 360 stopped powering on via the front button and the wireless controller didn’t want to connect either, from online I think it’s this piece. But I am hesitant to buy just any chip as mine has this AC marking (upper right side) on the chip, is that important or is it alright to pick up any RF module chip to replace it?

Important is the part number 802779-015 / X803307-002. Other things like pcb color, prints, markings maybe differ due to different manufacures.
