Xbox Elite Series 2 - Chip Failure - diagnostic help needed?

I have a faulty Series 2 controller which looks like a chip failure but as I am not so experienced with that controller I do not know where to start.

Every time LB or RB or LT / RT is pressed Analog Stick seems to move into a strange Position. Also analog sticks won’t be recognized at all.

Any idea what could cause such a faulty behavior?

Well - after some deeper inspections it seems to be that components are missing probably due to a failed stick replacement.

I do not have a spare part or a reference design to check if components are missing. Anyone have an if these are needed and if they can be purchased somewhere ?
