I got an xbox one classic that is stuck in a kind of update loop.
This is expressed in the way that in step 3 the console gets stuck at 66%.
So I’ve already tried the usual things as it says with power button then press eject and connect then hold power on.
OSU1 already reinstalled HDD exchanged on 3 hard disks the same as soon as you turn on the console it automatically goes into the update.
At microsoft apparently no one has a clue what that could be there are always the same standard call center answer … please pull 5 min power plug plug in again if it doesn’t work send it in …
maybe someone can help me …
