Hi, I need help with my controller (black, model 1537). I bought it used from a local seller and it had a bad analog stick. After replacing it, the controller worked fine. Than I tried connecting it wirelessly and it didn’t get recognised by my laptop (doesn’t show up in bluetooth settings). I have another controller (a white one, model 1708) and it connects fine so I assume it is a problem with the black controller (or maybe 1537 controllers don’t connect like that?). If anyone knows what might have went wrong, please comment. Oh, and I ripped one of the pads that goes to the analog stick, but I fixed it.
could be a short on the controllers board or the wireless chip is faulty. has it had water damage inside?
