Ok so I got a Xbox one that turns on fine but when the startup logo shows up it’s blurry and not the correct size for tv and when it finishes it shows a black screen with E203 and other information like contact Xbox support and so on ok so I have two probable fixes clear cache that didn’t work and trouble shoot it. so here I am trying to get to the trouble shoot screen but when I try the button combination of the bind, eject, and power button it does absolutely nothing and I know I’m doing it correctly just no trouble shoot screen comes up Please Help and thank you
