Xbox one s greeny pixels on youtube app

Received this device from customer, saying it was originally no display. Then they’ve replace HDMI IC and port. Now this greeny pixels happens all time when watching YouTube App, but it barely shows any when playing games or Blue-ray Movie.

Confirmed HDMI IC is good, so is the port or cable.
Any thought will help. Hope is not APU on the way to grave.

Considering you said it still shows them when playing games, it is most likely the apu. Unfortunately they are difficult to replace, and reballing won’t fix it unless it was fall damaged
