Xbox one S not powering on, no ground short and all standby voltages present

Hello everyone, after doing as much research as I can I am lost as to what my issue may be. Back story: I was installing BO6 on my console and then my game froze when I tried to access my settings to check them out and after around 4 minutes the console powered off, I thought it was no big deal and I unplugged it after it shut off and left it for ~15 seconds and plugged it back in. When I hit the power button I got nothing, no beep, no lights. Tried multiple times over an hour or so before I tore it down to the motherboard to inspect it. Everything looks great on it, there are no ground shorts as far as the 12v plug and mosfets I hear so much about and I have 5v, 3.3v, 1.8v, and 1.1v standby voltage on the respective test pads. I swapped in a new power board up front and no change. Power supply puts out 12v and I even load tested it with an automotive light bulb to make sure it didn’t drop voltage when a load is applied.

Are there any fuses or other test points to try other than what I already did? Back of the motherboard has some residue that looks almost like flux from the factory because it’s a very specific and seemingly on purpose pattern. Any help is appreciated. I can’t find any info on what to check beyond standby voltage and shorts to ground.
