box one a turns on for a second and turns off. I pulled the power supply and got a reading of 10.6v I think that’s low. Ordered a power supply from amazon and same thing. Tested that power supply, same volt reading 10.6. I am assuming that the power supply I got from amazon was defective as well. I believe I should get somewhere close to 12v from the grey wires. Suggestions? Btw it was the colorgo power supply from amazon
