This started happening on Halloween and it freezes and it cant launch games with out crashing and or game and app load times are very slow. takes 15+ minutes to load just so it can crash. I factory reset it and i tried everything but it will not work. When i press a on something it either crashes or it takes 10 minutes to load and for it to not work.
that’s a hard drive issue, you have to replace it…
