I’ve got a one x that has no power. Psu has 12v when plugged in. Turning the board on does nothing. No white light and no initial fan spin. Doing some testing around the board I seem to have a lot of shorts around the APU. I’m new in to trying to fix this and just wondering if I should condemn the APU at this point or if I should continue to look for a source of all of the shorts. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
