I’ve tested the power supply with a multimeter and confirmed that it outputs 12 volts, so it seems to be a problem with the board. 12v on the motherboard also shorts to ground.
you have to check all the Mosfet chips on the power rails. See ‘Andrew Paul’ videos on fixing this problem on Youtube hes a whizz.
