Recently purchased a used Xbox One X that the previous owner said the disc drive wasn’t working. The console had never been opened so I got it as a project. I purchased a used drive and swapped the daughterboard over but it still has 0 power. It won’t feed discs in and doesn’t power on. Any suggestions on where to check next? Has anyone replaced the sata cable that was bad or the other cable?
