So i was opening my xbox one x to change the retimer ic because screen went black (confirmed it was working with phone streaming) so when opening it i was removing the heatsink x brace and i accidentally removed some capacitors 
after trying to resolder them i made a solder bloob there and when i cleaned it i was measuring the capacitors and they were all shorted. What can i do?
