I fixed an overheating problem which was pretty routine work for me, remove the cruddy compound and and clean up and apply decent thermal compound and clean the fan and heatsink etc
Great the xbox was not overheating tested a digital game i had installed for testing worked fine no heat issues.
Tested with a game disc and the blue-ray drive doesn’t appear to be even powered. I tried an another drive from an S model as they are practically the same and no power to it on boot up.
Any ideas to why i’m getting this power failure ? i’ve not come across this issue before.
