Xboxones update stop at 82%

hello, all, I had a xboxones, it’s install update always stop at 82%, it’s can’t turn on the normal system. I checked 2tb hard drive, it’s no any problem, and I change new one hard drive, same problem, I don’t know where broken, on motherboard? help me please, thanks in advance

the hard drive no any problem, i used HDD check software on windows, and i changed new one hard drive already。
and i try to changed BD drive, then xboxoneS will start and normal work, but if restart , it’s will goback to repair screen. when i removed the BD drive andthen i reinstall it, xboxones can normal work, repeat， repeat。
