Hello I just replaced joystick and had drift again took it off and noticed missing capacitor, does anyone know the value so I can solder it back on.
And now I need help uploading photo

I was hoping if you could tell me if this is the same capacitor. If looking at Side A of the board, it is right next to the the bottom hole on the lift side of the right analog stick. My board model number is BDM-030.

I have the same problem as OP, but on the left side, one NW and one SE. Do you happen to know the specifics for those too and do you have any suggestion on what the best way to resolder them on is?

But the component I’m trying to identify is the black one with a silver border (it looks like a resistor or a ferrite bead), which is located just above the capacitor you identified.

I dont have BDM-030 by hand,but BDM-020 and 030 looks similar in the same area, it should be 100k ohm resistor

I tried some DIY and was resoldering the drift sticks on BDM-030, once I was finished I noticed my R1 button was not working. After that I checked everything and noticed some scratches on the lines and missing capacitor.
