Hello guys, whats that chip under the CPU in switch lite board? Is surrounded by filters or inductors?

Hi guys any advice would be much appreciated. I have a switch lite with damaged USB port. So replaced it there was some shorts around mt92
So replaced that short had gone great. Still no voltage to the battery terminal. So replaced bq chip still the same.

Looks like Iā€™m getting some different readings from these pictures in diode mode.

Particularly on fpc7 I get 700 on bottom pin instead of GND
and on fpc8 I get 465 on both pins.

anyone got any ideas what might be wrong?
