I have a Switch OLED here. This has the error that power out directly after the Nintendo logo.
When I connect it to power, it charges with 15V and 0.45A.
What would you look at first?
So it remains permanently at 0.44A-0.48A. When does the switch go into fast charging and how much Ampere does it have then ?
Nintendo logo only comes when I disconnect the Switch from the charging cable and then goes out.
I hope it’s not the NAND.

So. This Caps Are shortet. They have on Both Sides Signal to ground.
Battery has without power supply 3.7-3.8V and with Supply 4.08V and loads still with 0.45A on 15V
I Check now the Other Chips
you could refer the resistance measure on max77812 from this post. (the black labels in 2nd picture).
This caps are not shorted. It’s low resistance lol
Start with the easiest way. Use rp2040 and check all emmc tables and keys
